Every evening when Wills sits down to do his homework, Jules wants to do hers too! Of course, she doesn't really have any yet.
She's getting really good at writing her name, but she insists on writing the "J" backwards. She also likes to write strings of letters and ask me what she's written.
Some other wonderful things about Jules right now:
- She says Yellowmaid instead of lemonade. Her favorite drink is yellowmaid.
- She tells me "You are so cute and you are so pretty. Mommy's so cute, Daddy's so cute, Wills is so cute, and Fletchy's so cute!"
- She is obsessed with Elsa (like, even wants to be called Elsa), Batman, wearing dresses, wearing her Elsa costume, not wearing a coat, and wearing dressy shoes.
- She loves riding her bike, and she still has training wheels.
- She loves her school (Little Footprints Too) and loves her friends that "live at school." Smith Olmert is her best friend.
- She loves to snuggle.
- She is a very early riser (between 5 and 6am!)
- She likes to play MarioCart on the Wii. She will only be Princess Peach or baby Princess Peach. She is getting pretty good. She beats me every time!
- Her favorite foods are pears, toast with jelly, and hamburgers.
I love me some Julie Belle!

Budding Artist
Wills is helping me with a painting I'm doing for the Evening of HOPE auction. He's my budding artist!
Snowy Days in SC!
We had 2 snow days this past week - and 2 missed days of school! The first snow on Monday night was just an inch, but Wednesday night we had about 3", and we went sledding with some other families. It was a super-fun snow week!

Great Wolf Lodge
We took our first trip up to Great Wolf Lodge, in Concord NC, with the kids. Jules was all about the slides - the bigger and faster the better. Wills, on the other hand, preferred the wave pool. He's definitely turning into a pro swimmer!
I think we'll definitely do this again! If for no other reason, then to see these 2 kids nap like they did on the way home.

Boosterthon
Wills had his annual Boosterthon at school, and this year he ran 41 laps - over 2 miles! I was so proud of him - he is a very natural runner. Thanks to the grandparents for sponsoring him!
