Did I mention that we moved?

Did I mention that we have moved?  After living in Atlanta for 13 years, Tim and I decided to pick up and move closer to both of our families.  Our original plan was to move to Greenville SC, but we found a rental house in Greer, so that's where we've settled for now.  Tim is trying to grow their company - The Lighting Source - and I've accepted a job as a Project Manager with IBM.  We stayed for about a week with my Aunt Ali and Uncle Cliff, and our now getting unpacked in our rental house.  The kids are going to Eastside Christian Academy, and Wills will attend Kindergarten in the fall at Woodland Elementary in Greer.

We finally sold our house in Princeton Mill (Marietta GA) - we lived there for 7 years, and leaving it was bitter sweet. Man, did the house look good when it sold!  Of course, we didn't get as much as we wanted, but given the market and the economy, we did OK.  It was a great house - we had our babies there, we had THE most incredible neighbors, who have become some of our best friends, and we did a lot of work to that house.  We learned a lot too...like don't skimp on new floors, choose bright paint colors, don't wait to paint your bedroom/finish your bathroom - you spend more time there than anywhere!  Have a backyard that you love, and living on a cul-de-sac is the best thing ever!

I know it's silly to post pictures of your own house, but I want to remember this home forever.

Wills' PreK Graduation

Well, it's hard to believe that Wills is old enough to be graduating from preschool and moving on to kindergarten. Our little guy is growing up! Wills graduated from Eastside Christian Academy in Greenville on May 23rd 2013. Louise and Jules were there to cheer him on, and we went out for frozen yogurt afterwards. I'm really proud of how well Wills has adjusted with our move to Greenville. He left his school in Atlanta (Primrose) 1 week before they had pre k graduation. He was so brave to participate in this ceremony at his new school, even though he didn't really know all the words, songs, or other kids.
