A day at the zoo
Yesterday morning, Wills and I went to the zoo with our friends Jax and Christina. The boys had an awesome time seeing the elephants, meercats, warthogs, giraffes, zebras, rhinos, ostrichs, gorillas, pandas and kangaroos! Wills showed Jax the panda stamps (his favorite part - see below). They rode the carousel and played in the kid zone, too! The more these two get together, the more fun they seem to have - they play really well together these days!
Trip to Charleston
Tim went to a bachelor party in Charleston a few weekends ago, and Wills and I drove down to visit our friend Walker and her daughter Taylor. Wills and Taylor are just a few months apart, and they had such a great time together! We went to a park near the pier in Mt. Pleasant...Wills loved seeing the boats and the "mateys" (i.e. pirates, which he thinks are on every boat).

Wills' 1st Braves Game!
Wills' grandpa is in town this weekend, and we all took Wills to his very first Atlanta Braves game! Wills loved seeing the players hit the ball, loved clapping along with all of the other fans, loved doing the tomahawk chop, and most of all, loved eating all of the food! He also really like all of the baseballs, statues, and numbers outside the stadium, and wanted to get his picture taken a lot.
Easter, Daddy's Shoes, and Updates!
Let's see, what's been going on the last month! Our favorite "sayings" from Wills right now are:
squirrel - which sounds like sqwul
girl - which sounds like gwul
fudge - which he says spudge - as in, Mommy, I need more spudge
Easter Bunny Chocolate Eggs - as in, Mommy, I need a Easter Bunny chocolate egg for breakfast
Wills is back into the swing of things at school since we got back from Disney World, although seeing Mickey and all of his friends clearly made an impact. In fact, when the Easter Bunny came and left Wills a basket of goodies, Wills was convinced that it was Mickey Mouse who brought him chocolate bunny eggs, not the Easter Bunny.
Wills loves to wear sunglasses, but he almost always puts them on upside down. His hair is out of control and I have to spray it with water and brush it to get it to stay down.
Wills likes to try on his dad's shoes a lot, as you can see. He also is obsessed with Toy Story, Buzz Lightyear, and Woody the cowboy. Thanks Grandma! He loves the movie and his buzz and woody action figures.
Wills is also talking up a storm these days, using full sentences. One of his favorite things to say is "Get me outta here right now!", which he says in the car, in his bed, and, most memorably, in church on Easter morning :)
Wills loves to color, and at school his teachers said he is one of the only ones who actually tries to stay inside the lines of his pictures. He is very proud of his drawings, and can draw a pretty good circle.

And finally, some other news...Tim and I are having another baby! This picture was at 16 weeks...I'm about 18 weeks now and we are very excited! We'll find out the gender of the baby in 2 weeks - more to come!
