28 Weeks...

We took this on July 12th - I was about 28 weeks. I can't believe I haven't posted this yet...but baby Ryan is a girl! We are so excited. The nursery is almost ready (thank you, Mom, for helping me get my life in order!).

The red chair

So, the other morning, I was showing Wills some pictures of when he was smaller. He saw this picture of himself clapping, and said "I need to go clap in front of the red chair again!" I can't believe how big this little guy is!

Hopeland Gardens

We were in Aiken a few weekends ago, and Mom and I took Wills to Hopeland Gardens. He had a great time exploring the trails, looking at the fountains, and seeing the turtle pond (there were about 20 turtles! We got some good pics of him...

4th of July

Year 2 of our 4th of July tradition - fireworks in the cul-de-sac with our neighbors! We did the neighborhood parade and pool party, then came home, got changed, and did our own fireworks show! Wills and Andrew especially liked the snapper things that you throw on the ground.

Buzz Lightyear...to the Rescue!

I'm sure it's no surprise to everyone that Wills thinks he is Buzz Lightyear, from Toy Story. I took him a few weeks ago to the movie theater to see Toy Story 3, and he loved it! We went with our neighbor Kelly and her 4 year old, Andrew, and the boys had the best time. Wills ate popcorn and M&Ms. I found a Buzz Lightyear costume at Target, and Wills would wear it every day if I let him. He likes to say "Buzz Lightyear, to the Rescue" and "Video and Beyond" (his version of "Infinity and Beyond".

Father's Day

I'm catching up on posts from all the pictures on my camera!
Here is a picture from Father's Day. Wills was so excited to give his Daddy his presents! And he was really cute "tip-toeing" to go wake him up...

Edisto!

We spent last week at Edisto with Grammy and Big Daddy, Aunt Teffy and Uncle Robert, Bo, Louise, and Grandma Louise. It was relaxing, hot, and great to be with everyone! Wills certainly had his moments, but for the most part loved being with his family!

Wills didn't seem to like the sand or ocean all that much this year - we were surprised, considering how much fun we remember him having last summer. By the end of the week, he would finally get in the water with Tim, and then we discovered body surfing in the surf during low tide - Wills would lay on the boogie board, and Tim would pull it in the surf. Wills LOVED this, and did it for about 30 minutes. Tim was exhausted :)

Wills loved Big Daddy's boat - he said that he thought it was "really cool". He got to see his first dolphins, and even got to drive the boat with Big Daddy.
